Payroll and Check Writing Services

This service is an extension of our computerized bookkeeping service. Several of our clients have discovered how cost effective it is to have our firm schedule the bills for payment, the client approves the payment, and we print the checks for the clients signature.

Payroll works in a similar way, the client faxes or e-mails the hours worked to us, we calculate and print the paychecks for the client's signature. Some out-or-area clients prefer to have us fax the paystubs to them and they write the payroll and accounts payable check out their location.

We also calculate the payroll tax deposits and/or make the electronic payroll tax deposits and prepare the payroll reports for IRS and the local taxing authorities.
